About the role
You will be the solution owner and trusted technical advisor on the Americas’ most complex and highest-value opportunities. You bridge customer business needs with the Company’s portfolio, lead large international RFPs, and set the design standard for the regional presales team.

Key responsibilities
• Act as solution owner for strategic Enterprise and Wholesale accounts, working with sales and technical teams, internal and external.
• Design complex, multi-country solutions that combine Layer 1 (IPLC, IEPL, wavelengths, subsea capacity), Ethernet, MPLS VPN, SD-WAN, SASE, Integral Internet Access / IP Transit and on-demand NaaS services (multi-cloud networking, edge / IoT SIM connectivity).
• Lead the technical side of large, complex international RFIs and RFPs with the bid team: architecture, compliance matrix,



SLAs and service descriptions.
• Present to CTO, CIO and network architecture stakeholders; run technical workshops and design sessions.
• Build solution costings with product and pricing teams: on-net vs off-net, route diversity, protection schemes and SLA commitments.
• Engage carriers, ISPs, OTT and content providers on IP transit, capacity, interconnection and diverse routing.
• Coordinate cross-regional solutions with the Company’s presales, product and engineering teams in Asia and Europe.
• Coach junior presales engineers and review their designs; maintain Americas solution templates and standards.
• Feed market and competitive intelligence from the Americas back to product management.

Requirements
• 2–4 years in presales, network engineering, provisioning, NOC or technical support at a telecom operator, ISP, data centre provider or systems integrator.
