As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – EMEA & LATAM to build and grow our business across these regions.
The RoleThis is a hands-on, quota-carrying sales leadership role.
We are looking for someone who can personally originate and close business while building a repeatable sales engine across EMEA and LATAM. This is not a role focused primarily on managing a team, creating presentations or reporting pipeline activity.
The successful candidate will be expected to identify companies hiring internationally, build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and convert those opportunities into new EOR clients and employed workers.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature and initial client launch.
What You Will OwnNew Business Development
• Build and execute the EMEA and LATAM sales strategy with EOR as the primary offering.
• Develop a clearly defined target-account universe across priority industries and countries.
• Identify companies expanding into new countries, hiring without local entities, managing international contractors, consolidating EOR providers or experiencing global payroll/compliance challenges.
• Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, Talent leaders, CFOs, COOs, founders and other senior decision-makers.
• Personally originate, develop and close new business.
• Develop competitor-migration opportunities with companies already using integral EOR providers.
Full-Cycle Sales
• Own opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, qualification, solution design, proposal, negotiation and signature.
