You’ll work closely with leadership to guide a motivated sales team, strengthen daily operations, and ensure consistent follow‑up and quality across all communication channels. This role focuses on execution, coaching, and accountability, with the chance to grow as our firm expands.

What You’ll Own

• Support, guide, and motivate a growing sales team in daily activities
• Ensure all leads receive follow‑up within 24 hours
• Monitor call quality, consistency, and effectiveness
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
• Run sales reports to evaluate individual and team performance, and
