? Discovery: run business workshops with the client, gather requirements and write the solution design
? Data: work with technical consultants to bring client data from SAP/ERP into the platform and validate it
? Configuration: configure the platform to fit the client's processes
? Training & UAT: train key users and guide them through user acceptance testing
? Go-live & hypercare:

support the client after go-live and drive adoption of the solution
? Be the client's day-to-day point of contact, translating business needs into practical solutions
