We're a talent agency representing some of the most respected science and education creators on YouTube, and we're looking for an experienced freelance full time consultant to run campaign and project delivery and help us build the systems behind it.

We're an independent talent agency representing factual and educational creators. Brand partnerships and sponsorship integrations are the core of what we do, and we're increasingly helping creators launch new products like newsletters, merch stores, and other projects. Our creators are at the center of everything, and every decision starts with what's best for them.
Who This Is For
This is for an experienced operator who finds coordination straightforward and wants to do more with it.
You'll own delivery across brand campaigns and creator projects, and bring your own approach to how that work gets done. If you've set up processes from scratch and enjoy turning messy workflows into clean ones, you'll have real influence here.
You set your own schedule and work how you work best. What matters is that projects are delivered well and on time, and that you're reachable for scheduled calls with creators, brands, and our founders.
Scope of Work
• Brand partnerships
• Manage campaigns from signed deal to published video, keeping creators, brands, and agencies on schedule
• Handle campaign communication: briefs, script and draft approvals, deliverables, and go-live dates
• Review brand briefs and flag anything that conflicts with a creator's contract, values, or audience
• Quality check integrations against agreed terms
