Remote Appointment Setter (US Eastern Hours), Hospitality Tech
Sparq Labs is a B2B outbound agency. We're recruiting on behalf of a client that builds websites for independent hotels in the US and Canada. Your job is to turn interested email replies into booked discovery calls.
What you'll do
• Follow up every positive reply by email and phone
• Confirm fit before booking: an independent hotel (not a chain), in the US or Canada, with 15+ rooms, and you're speaking to the owner, GM or another decision-maker
• Book a 30-minute discovery call on the founder's calendar
• Log every call and email in the CRM, and flag poor-fit leads so the list improves
• Work from approved scripts and a knowledge base, and escalate anything they don't cover

What we're looking for
• Fluent spoken and written English, and confident on the phone




• Available about 9am to 5pm US Eastern time
• Your own laptop, headset and reliable internet
• Organised, persistent and calm when someone says no

Nice to have
• Cold calling, SDR or appointment-setting experience
• A hotel or hospitality background
• HubSpot or another CRM

Strong beginners are welcome to apply.
Terms
• Full-time, remote, contract role
• You'll be engaged and paid directly by our client as an independent contractor, not employed by Sparq Labs
• Sparq Labs provides training, scripts, calling tools and ongoing coaching
• The client's name and pay details are shared at the first interview
