About ALC Media
ALC Media is a boutique web design, web development and customer experience agency serving US companies. We build and maintain websites across every major CMS, including Webflow, WordPress and HubSpot.
We work with two kinds of clients. Agencies hire us as their white-label fulfillment team on monthly retainers. Companies hire us directly for new websites, redesigns and one-off projects.
We are a small, distributed team with members in Colombia and Portugal. Delivery runs in two client pods, each with its own lead.

The role
You turn our task backlog into delivered work. Requests from clients are scoped, prioritized and assigned to you in ClickUp. You pick them up, do the work, check it and ship it. This is a pure fulfillment role with no client contact. The pod leads handle every client conversation so you can stay focused on output.

This is a full-time remote role for someone based in Colombia, working 9 am to 6 pm Colombia time. You report to the founder and take work from both pod leads.

email and form you ship is in English for US audiences, so impeccable English is non-negotiable.

What you'll do

Clear the backlog
• Start each day in ClickUp, pick up assigned tasks in priority order and keep the queue moving
• Deliver tasks on or before their due date, and flag blockers early in the task or in Slack
• Keep every task updated with status, notes and links so anyone can see what was done

Build and fix websites
• Build new pages and landing pages in WordPress, plus Webflow, Squarespace, Framer or Shopify when a client runs on them
• Fix broken links, forms, banners, layouts and plugin issues
• Apply SEO fixes: meta titles and descriptions, redirects, canonical tags, schema and indexing issues

CRM, email and tracking
• Build and fix HubSpot workflows, forms, lists and properties
• Map form and lead data into Salesforce and connect tools with Zapier
• Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo, Brevo, HubS
