Lifetime Value Partners is hiring a full-time Meta Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to help manage and improve campaigns for chiropractic and local healthcare clients.
This is a remote role with required overlap with US business hours.

About The Role
This is not a basic Ads Manager optimization role. We are looking for someone who understands the full marketing picture: market research, offer positioning, awareness levels, creative strategy, lead quality, funnel friction, landing pages, lead forms, and presente client outcomes.
Our clients are mostly chiropractors, integrated clinics, decompression clinics, neuropathy clinics, and similar local healthcare businesses. Campaign success is not judged only by CPL. We care about booked appointments, show rates, patient quality, cost per show, and whether the campaign helps the clinic grow.
The right person should be able to think before launching campaigns, not just publish approved ads and hope they work.

Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns for local healthcare clients
• Research local competitors, offers, ad angles,



and Meta Ad Library before launching campaigns
• Develop campaign strategy based on market research, client goals, patient awareness level, and offer positioning
• Write or guide ad copy, creative briefs, lead forms, and landing page recommendations
• Monitor CPL, booking rate, show rate, lead quality, and other downstream performance metrics
• Identify why campaigns are succeeding, struggling, or failing
• Recommend clear next steps for struggling accounts
• Document campaign changes and explain why they were made
• Provide weekly account analysis and performance updates
• Work with our internal client success, appointment setting, tech, and creative team

What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing Meta ads for service-based lead generation
• Strong understanding of local lead generation, not just e-commerce
• Experience with healthcare, chiropractic, med spa, dental, clinics, or home se
