• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach to successful placement.
• Actively execute sourcing on LinkedIn.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top-tier candidates.
• Conduct advanced Boolean searches to uncover hidden talent pools.
• Apply your US recruiting agency experience to streamline hiring workflows and deliver quality results.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Requirements
• +7 years of experience in recruiting.
• +5 years of headhunting.
• +2 years of experience in the tech industry.
• Professional proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• A strong sense of ownership and a detail-oriented approach to your work.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced market.
Work conditions
• Full-time position.
• Core job schedule: 09:00 PST - 14:00 PST and three hours on a versátil schedule.
