We work with clients and business partners across Latin America, the United States, and Europe.
The Project Management area is responsible for ensuring that every service is delivered on time, within the agreed budget, and with the committed quality.



Each Project Manager handles a portfolio of accounts — the area’s reference is 6 to 8 — whose services vary by role level: end-to-end implementations, post go-live services, hourly services, tickets, and similar. In front of the client, there is normally a single Project Manager per account.

Purpose of the role
The Associate Project Manager leads end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Business One, Boyum IT solutions, and other software initiatives, and handles post go-live service accounts in parallel. The role is responsible for planning the work, coordinating the team, controlling the budget, and keeping the client informed throughout the project. Its objective is for every service to be delivered on time, within budget, and with the agreed quality.

3.1 Client and business partner communication
• Serve as the main point of contact for each account with the client and business partners.
• Deliver regular progress reports that are clear and tailored to both technical and non-technical
