The Communication Specialist (P2) is a professional-level role within the Communications Services Delivery Hub, WSP’s global communications delivery function. The Hub supports internal, corporate, and local communications teams by providing consistent, high‑quality, and brand‑aligned content across regions and business lines.




Reporting to the Director, Communications Services Delivery Hub, the Communication Specialist contributes to the execution of internal communications initiatives by developing, editing, and adapting content that supports organizational priorities, employee engagement, and global alignment. The role operates within a structured service model and collaborates closely with communications partners across geographies.
This position is designed for an early- to mid‑career communications professional (P2) who is developing depth in internal communications, demonstrates strong writing and editing capabilities, and is comfortable working within established frameworks, processes, and brand standards.
