Business Analyst – Strategic Program Consultant (Hybrid - Medellín)

At GFT, a integral AI-centric digital transformation company, we're looking for a Business Analyst – Strategic Program Consultant to join a large-scale Banking Transformation Program. You'll act as the main strategic thinking and management partner to the Delivery Executive Manager and the Program Lead, with a consultative, analytical and cross-functional mandate. Permanent contract, hybrid in Medellín, working Colombia hours (COT, UTC-5), Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide internal consulting and cross-functional management to the program
- Design management and operating models for the program and its teams
- Deliver strategic analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Build executive and program management artifacts
- Drive the use of AI in analysis, requirements and delivery
- Support backlog and knowledge management across the program

REQUIREMENTS




- Experience as a Business Analyst or consultant in transformation programs
- Strong strategic analysis and operating model design skills
- Ability to build artifacts and present to executive audiences
- Knowledge management and backlog management in agile environments
- Experience with AI-assisted analysis and requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
