Executive Assistant | Part-Time, Remote (LATAM)

A Los Angeles real estate founder who's run his businesses solo for 10 years is hiring his first EA. He's great at ideas, deals, and strategy. He wants someone to fully own administration, organization, and operations, and run it independently.

THE BASICS
- 10-15 hrs/week, fully remote, LATAM preferred
- $8-$11/hr + performance bonuses
- Work on your own schedule, but be reachable 9am-6pm Pacific for quick calls and messages (5-15 min task handoffs, replies to time-sensitive emails within 5-60 min).

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Two inboxes (Gmail + Outlook) and his calendar
- Phone and form work: brokers, doctors, chargebacks
- Help track performance across rental units
- Building SOPs and systems from scratch
- Personal tasks: reservations, appointments, event registrations

MUST-HAVES
- 2+ years admin/ops experience
- SOPs you built from scratch that others actually used




- A specific inbox management methodology (Inbox Zero, GTD, or your own)
- Excellent written English and clear spoken English
- Daily AI use (Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier)

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Automation or agent building,
- QuickBooks/Xero for basic tagging

SCHEDULE NOTES
This role gives you real control over your time.
The work itself happens on your schedule. Work mornings, evenings, or split it however suits you.

In return, Danny needs to be able to reach you between 9am and 6pm Pacific.

This is a great fit if you want ownership over your hours and are comfortable staying reachable during the day. It's not the right fit if another job or commitment keeps you completely unreachable for long stretches during that window.
