We’re looking for a Credit & Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Bogotá team and play an important role in managing customer accounts, collections, credit risk, and cash flow.

What you’ll do• Follow up with customers on past-due accounts and outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve issues that may delay customer payments
• Conduct credit checks and investigations for new and existing customers
• Assess customer credit risk and establish credit limits according to company policies
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding account status and payment issues




• Monitor accounts receivable and support efforts to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Escalate collection issues when required
• Prepare uncollectible accounts for third-party collections or legal action
• Collect Bills of Lading (BOLs) from vendors and ensure files are properly processed
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
• Work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve account issues

What we’re looking for• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit, accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to review and analyze credit reports
• Good knowledge of Excel and databases/accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (French is an asset)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and me
