Commercial & Contract Manager

About the Role

We are looking for Commercial & Contract Management professionals to join our team and play a key role in supporting business growth, protecting commercial interests, and driving successful outcomes across complex client engagements.

As a Commercial & Contract Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business stakeholders throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from bid support and contract negotiation to execution, governance, risk management, and commercial optimization.





This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic engagements, influence commercial decisions, and help shape long-term client relationships within a dynamic and global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage commercial and contractual activities across bids, client engagements, and account portfolios.

• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements and contract documents.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, and operational risks.

• Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure compliance with business and contractual requirements.

• Support contract governance processes, commercial controls, and engagement reviews.

• Contribute to pricing, commercial modeling, and profitability discussions where required.
