We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Construction Estimator & Project Coordinator to support a construction team with estimating, cost analysis, scheduling, procurement, and project coordination.

The adecuado candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and can communicate clearly and professionally in both languages, both verbally and in writing.

About the Role

We are looking for a construction professional with hands-on field experience and a strong background in estimating and project coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing construction plans, completing detailed quantity takeoffs, preparing project estimates, monitoring budgets and schedules, coordinating procurement, and supporting projects from contract award through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Estimating
- Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
- Estimate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor, and overall project costs.
- Prepare accurate and competitive construction estimates.




- Review project requirements and identify potential cost considerations.

Project Coordination & Management
- Support projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Assist with procurement planning and project execution.
- Monitor project progress, costs, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Track project requirements and help ensure work stays on schedule and within budget.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project coordination/management.
- Hands-on construction or site experience, such as Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, Project Engineer, Estimator, or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimating.
