Westbridge Legal Staffing is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with Open Claims experience to support a reputable California Personal Injury law firm.

This is a long-term, 100% remote position for professionals based anywhere in Latin America who have previous experience working with Personal Injury claims and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Open claims with insurance companies.
- Obtain declarations pages from insurance carriers.
- Prepare and send letters of representation.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding open claims.
- Maintain accurate and organized claim documentation.
- Update case management systems with relevant claim information.
- Support the legal team with administrative and case-related tasks.

Requirements

- Advanced English.




- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant OR as Case Manager Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm or similar legal environment.
- MANDATORY: Previous hands-on experience opening claims with insurance companies.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to long-term growth.
- Must reside anywhere in Latin America.
