Responsibilities

- Plan and implement scalable software systems that support data-driven intelligent applications
- Transform complex technical concepts into real solutions that align with company objectives
- Partner with cross-discipline teams to define technical requirements and deliver excellent results
- Produce maintainable, well-documented code that aligns with industry standards
- Resolve technical obstacles across the entire software development lifecycle
- Review code with peers and provide helpful, actionable feedback
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing infrastructure
- Help steer architectural decisions that set the long-term technical direction of initiatives
- Support junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing across the team
- Deliver solutions that emphasize scalability, strong performance, and long-term maintainability

Requirements

- Solid experience of 3+ years in applied Python engineering, with a history of building, releasing, and maintaining dependable AI systems and intelligent applications in production
- Proven track record in designing and executing stateful multi-agent workflows, agentic systems, and multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, and AWS Strands Agents SDK




- Practical experience delivering Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
- Strong background in building and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline systems
- Hands-on skill in prompt engineering to refine and improve language model interactions
- Demonstrated ability to set up guardrail mechanisms that ensure safe, controlled system behavior
- Working understanding of knowledge graphs and how they support AI-based solutions
- Experience connecting foundation models using cloud services such as AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI
- Ability to maintain robust evaluation approaches, observability tooling, and security measures for production deployments
- Good communication abilities and functional English fluency (B2 level or above) to gather business requirements and translate them into agentic architecture designs
