Truckload Logistics Coordinator (Account Management)
Location: Colombia
Position Type: Full-Time, Fully Remote
Role Overview
We are seeking a Truckload Logistics Coordinator who blends strong FTL operational execution with client-facing account management experience. In this dual-function role, you will not only coordinate and dispatch full truckload freight but also serve as a trusted partner to key client accounts: managing communication, anticipating needs, and driving account growth through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day full truckload (FTL) shipment lifecycle, including booking, carrier assignment, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Serve as the dedicated operational contact for key client accounts, conducting regular check-ins and delivering status updates.
- Identify client freight patterns and operational requirements to proactively offer solutions and secure additional volume.
- Negotiate competitive carrier rates while maintaining healthy profit margins and high service levels.
- Address and resolve operational exceptions, claims, and delivery issues promptly,
keeping clients informed every step of the way.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new client accounts and integrate their logistics preferences into daily execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in FTL freight coordination with direct experience in client account management or customer service.
- Proven ability to manage operational details while building strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Solid understanding of the FTL transportation market, carrier negotiation, and route optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using TMS software and CRM tools.

- Full-time work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
