Who we are

Puget Sound Softwash cleans roofs, gutters, windows and houses for homeowners around Seattle, Washington, USA. We're a young, fast-growing local company with three crews on the road. We need one reliable person to own our schedule every evening.

The job

Your main job is dispatch: turning the day's approved quotes into a clean, full schedule for our crews. When the board is done, you spend the rest of your shift calling new leads to book free estimates.

Main job: dispatch (most of your shift)

- Put the day's approved jobs on the calendar using our rules (service area, crew capacity, job size)
- Text and email customers their scheduled date and arrival window
- Build tomorrow's crew board and post it by 6:30pm Pacific
- Send confirmations and handle reschedules so the calendar stays clean
- Flag anything that doesn't look right (missing notes, access problems, jobs that don't fit)

Side work: booking calls (the rest of your shift, about an hour)

- Call homeowners who asked for a quote online and book their free estimate
- Follow up with leads who went quiet
- Log every call and note in our CRM
- You never quote prices. Our sales reps do that at the estimate.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00–10:00pm Colombia time (7:00–11:00pm from early November to mid-March, when US clocks change). This is 4–8pm Pacific in the US.

Weekend hours (6–10 adaptable hours, Saturday–Sunday) are also available for the right person.

Pay

Up to COP 35,000/hour, paid in USD twice a month by Wise or Payoneer.

Your first two shifts are a paid trial.

You must have

- Clear,



confident spoken and written English. You'll text and call US homeowners, many over 60.
- 1+ year of scheduling, dispatch, or phone work with US customers (call center, BPO, CSR, appointment setting)
- Strong attention to detail. A wrong date or a double-booked crew costs us a day.
- A quiet room with a door, a laptop and a USB headset
- Fiber internet (30 Mbps+) AND a backup connection on a different provider (mobile hotspot is fine)
- A UPS battery backup for your router and laptop
- Comfort learning new software fast. We use Rotor (CRM), Discord and Google tools.
- Available every weekday for the full shift. Reliability is the #1 thing we hire for.
- Located in Bogotá or Medellín, with a UPS that keeps your router and laptop running for at least 30 minutes.

Nice to have

- Dispatch experience in US home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning, landscaping)
- 2+ years on a US account at a BPO (Teleperformance, Concentrix, Foundever, TTEC or similar)
- ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro or similar

What success looks like

- Every approved job is scheduled and the customer knows their date before you log off
- Tomorrow's board is posted by 6:30pm Pacific, every day
- No crew day is overbooked, and almost no reschedules are caused by dispatch mistakes
- Estimates booked from your calls go up month over month
- You tell us right away when something is wrong. We'd much rather hear it than not.
