Virtual Medical Assistant – Personal Injury Clinic (Full-Time, Remote)
Pay: COP $2,650,000 – $3,300,000 per month, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time (US) business hours

About Us
[rapid imaging is a growing personal injury medical practice in Florida with several locations. We treat patients hurt in car accidents and other injuries, and we work closely with personal injury attorneys. We're growing quickly and want people who can grow with us.

What You'll Do

- Answer calls, texts and emails from patients, and schedule appointments across our locations
- Do new patient intake: collect accident details, insurance, PIP and attorney information
- Verify insurance and PIP coverage
- Request and organize medical records, reports and billing for attorneys
- Keep attorneys and case managers updated on each patient's treatment status
- Follow up with patients who miss appointments so they stay on their treatment plan
- Keep patient records and notes up to date in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and EMR
- Help with daily admin tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

- Fluent English, spoken and written; bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office, a personal injury firm, or a customer service or admin role




- Comfortable on the phone with patients and with attorney offices
- Organized and detail-oriented, and able to manage many cases at once
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, a computer and a headset
- Available to work US Eastern Time hours
- Bonus: knowledge of Florida PIP, LOPs (letters of protection), GoHighLevel, or medical terminology
