Responsibilities

- Architect and construct software systems capable of scaling to support intelligent applications driven by data
- Convert intricate technical ideas into functional, real-world systems aligned with company objectives
- Partner with teams spanning different disciplines to establish technical needs and produce top-tier outcomes
- Produce readable, sustainable code that adheres to recognized industry conventions, complete with proper documentation
- Identify and fix technical challenges throughout every stage of the software development process
- Take part in peer code evaluations and offer helpful, actionable input to teammates
- Investigate and assess new technological trends to suggest enhancements for current infrastructure
- Play a role in shaping architectural choices that influence the future technical trajectory of initiatives
- Guide less experienced colleagues and distribute technical expertise throughout the wider team
- Guarantee that built solutions prioritize scalability, strong performance, and long-term maintainability

Requirements

- Three-plus years of applied experience in Python engineering, supported by a proven history of creating, deploying, and managing dependable AI systems and smart applications within active production settings




- Substantial know-how in designing and executing stateful multi-agent processes, independent agentic systems, and orchestration across multiple agents, utilizing tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, and AWS Strands Agents SDK
- Real-world experience handling Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration work
- Direct experience developing and sustaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline systems
- Solid aptitude in prompt engineering aimed at refining communication with language models
- Background establishing guardrail mechanisms to maintain safe, controlled behavior within AI systems
- Working knowledge of knowledge graphs and how they're applied in AI-based solutions
- Experience connecting foundation models by way of cloud services such as AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI
- Capacity to maintain strong evaluation methods, observability, and security measures within live AI deployments
- Adequate communication skills paired with functional English fluency (B2 level or above) to grasp business needs and convert them into agentic architecture designs
