Si puedes leerlos, puedes aplicar. Remote Land Analyst (2 positions) Flaghaven Land is a small US land company in Charleston, South Carolina. We buy land and sell it to builders who put new homes on it. We are hiring two analysts to start together. The job: research US land parcels using maps, county records and recent home sales, then estimate what a lot is worth to a builder and help set our offer. No real estate experience needed. We train you, and you work with our leads manager every day. You need: - Good written English - Your own desk with a computer and a monitor (not just a laptop), stable internet, and a backup if power or internet goes out - Comfort with technology: Google Sheets, Google Maps, and learning new software fast - Care with numbers.



Small mistakes cost real money in this job. A plus, not required: studies or work in topografía, catastro, avalúos, ingeniería civil, arquitectura, GIS, or accounting, or past remote work for a US company. Pay: USD $800 to $1,000 per month, plus a $150 bonus for every deal you analyzed that we close. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Eastern. Start: late October or early November.
