About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process end-to-end, ensuring that all orders are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines.
You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate vendors based on project needs
- Request and compare quotes to ensure competitive pricing
- Create and issue accurate purchase orders (POs)
- Review pricing, quantities, and scope alignment
- Maintain ongoing communication with vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimating, Accounting)
- Track and update procurement data in systems (Asana, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or delays proactively
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement,
or administrative roles
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ required)
- Experience with vendor coordination and quote comparison
- Familiarity with purchase orders and basic procurement processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and project management tools
