Responsibilities

- Build scalable software solutions that enable intelligent, data-driven applications
- Convert complex technical ideas into working systems that support organizational objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using industry best practices
- Diagnose and fix technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews and offer actionable feedback to peers
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose upgrades to existing systems
- Shape architectural decisions that influence the long-term technical direction of projects
- Coach junior team members and share technical expertise across the organization
- Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability

Requirements

- Proven 3+ years of hands-on Python software engineering experience designing, building, and operating dependable Artificial Intelligence systems and intelligent applications in live production
- Deep understanding of architecting and implementing stateful multi-agent workflows, autonomous agentic systems, and multi-agent orchestration with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, and the AWS Strands Agents SDK




- Practical exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Solid prompt engineering skills to optimize language model interactions
- Track record of implementing guardrails for safe and controlled AI system behavior
- Working knowledge of knowledge graphs and their use in AI-driven systems
- Hands-on experience integrating foundation models through AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI
- Strong capability to ensure evaluation, observability, and security practices for production AI deployments
- Decent communication skills with working English fluency (B2 level or higher) to understand business requirements and map them to agentic architectures
