AC Pools is one of Southern California's premier pool service and repair companies, servicing more than 1,000 residential and commercial customers throughout Los Angeles.

We're looking for an elite inbound sales professional who thrives on building trust quickly, connecting with people, and confidently closing business over the phone.

This is not a cold-calling job. These are all inbound live phone calls!

Every lead you receive has already reached out to us looking for help with their pool. Your job is to guide the conversation, build confidence, educate the customer, and help them become a long-term AC Pools client.

If you're the type of salesperson who loves talking to people, asks great questions, builds rapport naturally, and enjoys winning every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll receive approximately 20–30 inbound phone calls every day from homeowners looking for pool service or repairs.

Your responsibilities include:

- Answer inbound sales calls
- Build trust and rapport quickly
- Discover the customer's needs through conversation
- Explain the value of AC Pools
- Close new recurring service customers during the first phone call whenever possible
- Schedule new customers for service
- Maintain detailed notes inside our CRM
- Keep an organized and accurate sales pipeline
- Follow up promptly with prospects who don't immediately move forward
- Work closely with our customer service and operations teams





Our expectation is that successful sales representatives consistently close 3–4 new customers per day.

Compensation

- Base Pay + Commission ($2000 - $2580) uncapped
- Performance-Based Commission: Designed to bring total earnings to approximately $12–$15/hour based on performance
- Ongoing coaching and sales training
- High-quality inbound leads
- No cold calling
