U.S. Construction Company | Full-Time | Remote

We are a growing U.S.-based construction company seeking a highly organized, strategic, and experienced Remote Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects and coordinate our field, office, subcontractor, customer, and permitting teams.

This is not simply an administrative position. We are looking for a strong leader and problem solver who can take ownership of projects, anticipate problems before they happen, establish priorities, and make sure every project moves from contract to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, priorities, deadlines, and action plans.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, permitting departments, inspections, and office personnel.
- Monitor project progress daily and immediately address delays or operational problems.
- Maintain constant communication with customers regarding schedules, project status, inspections, and next steps.
- Coordinate material orders and verify materials are available before scheduled work.
- Monitor permits, inspections, engineering requirements, change orders, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings and hold team members accountable for deadlines and responsibilities.
- Identify potential problems before they affect the project schedule or customer.
- Provide management with clear project status reports, priorities, risks, and solutions.
- Improve internal systems and processes to increase efficiency and project completion times.
- Maintain accurate information in company project management and CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — written and spoken.
- Excellent professional English communication skills.
- Previous experience in construction project management, operations, or construction coordination.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and hold people accountable.




- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly proactive — able to identify what needs to be done without waiting for constant instructions.
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, suppliers, and company executives.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM/project management software.
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote-work environment.
- Valid U.S. visa or other appropriate authorization allowing travel to the United States for occasional business meetings, training, or company activities when required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with roofing, windows and doors, solar, general construction, permitting, inspections, or South Florida construction is highly preferred.

Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, JobTread, QuickBooks, or similar construction/project-management software is also a plus.
