Blinq Creative Intelligence is looking for an experienced Meta and Google Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients. We are seeking someone analytical, proactive, and professional, with a proven ability to turn advertising investment into measurable business results.

Requirements

- At least 4 years of professional experience in paid advertising, with substantial hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated results on both platforms, supported by case studies, campaign reports, or a portfolio.
- Practical experience using AI tools in marketing workflows, such as audience research, ad copy development, creative testing, campaign analysis, or reporting.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, keyword research, remarketing, budget allocation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel; familiarity with Meta Conversions API is preferred.
- Excellent organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and make informed decisions independently.

Experience advertising for restaurants, hospitality businesses, or local businesses is strongly preferred. Experience generating reservations, catering inquiries, private event leads, or other measurable customer actions is especially valuable.

Responsibilities

- Develop advertising strategies aligned with each client’s goals and budget.
- Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Manage advertising budgets responsibly and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Collaborate with our creative team on ad concepts, messaging, and testing.




- Verify conversion tracking and identify measurement gaps.
- Provide clear weekly updates and monthly reports explaining results, lessons learned, and recommended next steps.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality while applying professional judgment and reviewing outputs.
- Communicate issues early and take ownership of resolving them.

Tools and Support

The company will provide access to the software, AI tools, reporting platforms, and advertising accounts required for the role. You will collaborate with our creative team to develop and improve campaign assets.
