Senior Logistics Coordinator – Full Truckload (FTL)
Location: Colombia
Position Type: Full-Time, Fully Remote
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead and elevate our Full Truckload (FTL) operational team. This role requires a proven leader who combines deep expertise in truckload execution with strong mentorship and team management capabilities. You will oversee daily freight execution, optimize carrier networks, and drive operational excellence across our truckload division.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily truckload planning, capacity sourcing, dispatch, and transit tracking across dry van, reefer, and flatbed modes.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with core truckload carriers to secure competitive pricing and reliable capacity.
- Act as the primary operational escalation point for high-priority shipments, carrier disputes, and critical service exceptions.
- Establish team KPIs, monitor service performance, and streamline internal operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Partner with sales and account management teams to support strategy, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Full Truckload (FTL) freight management, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate operational staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of truckload carrier procurement, spot/contract market dynamics, and freight negotiation strategies.
- High proficiency in TMS platforms, load boards, and freight analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.

- Full-time work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
