A renowned international company in the construction, remodeling, and home services sector is seeking a Google Ads Specialist / SEM Specialist in Colombia, who will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns aimed at generating leads, qualified traffic, and conversions for the U.S. market.

- Design, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA,



ROAS, conversions, and traffic quality to propose continuous improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

What should you bring to the table?
- At least 3 years of experience managing SEM campaigns, Google Ads, or performance-driven digital advertising.
- Experience creating, optimizing, and monitoring search, display, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting.
- Intermediate-to-advanced, conversational, and functional English-essential for interacting with information, teams, and/or accounts in the U.S. market.
