We're looking for a highly organized, responsive Project Coordinator to help keep our active home improvement and construction projects moving from scheduling through completion.The Project Coordinator serves as a central communication and coordination point between homeowners, technicians, subcontractors, and our Project Management team. You'll manage schedules, coordinate crews, communicate project updates, track job progress, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks.This is a fast-paced operations role for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate technician and subcontractor assignments for active projects and warranty callsMaintain crew schedules and coordinate daily dispatch needsSchedule Project Manager visits and confirm appointments with homeownersSend project scopes, job details, and scheduling information to technicians and subcontractorsRequest and track bids from vendors and subcontractorsMonitor active projects, milestones, and completion timelinesIdentify scheduling conflicts, stalled projects, and potential delays before they become larger issuesProvide homeowners with timely updates regarding schedules, delays, and next stepsCommunicate daily with technicians, subcontractors, and the Project Management teamCreate and maintain projects within company operating systemsMaintain accurate job notes, documentation, schedules, and communication recordsTrack technician hours and completion information for accurate payoutsHelp confirm materials, permits, and other project requirements are ready prior to project startEscalate customer concerns, scheduling issues, vendor problems,
