Leasing Support Specialist in Colombia, RemoteWe’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Lease Renewal Coordinatorto join Pharmbills on a project-based assignment.This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys communicating with people, can build rapport quickly, and is comfortable handling high-volume outbound communication. You’ll work directly with residents approaching lease expiration, gather feedback, identify concerns, and help support the lease renewal process.What you’ll do:Contact residents by phone and email regarding upcoming lease expirationsUnderstand residents’ renewal intentions and identify potential concerns or obstaclesGather feedback about their living experience and overall property satisfactionServe as a professional and empathetic point of contact for residentsDocument tenant feedback accurately and share actionable insights with Property ManagersCoordinate with internal teams to ensure concerns are properly communicated and addressedFollow established workflows, processes, and checklistsKeep supervisors updated on workload, priorities,
