The role requires extensive interactions with customers via written and verbal communications.ResponsibilitiesAnswer questions on system functionality and/or configurationAnalyzing complex business requests and interpreting them for internal engineering teams and external IT and business staffTriaging, recreating, and documenting issues to provide detailed problem descriptions for coordination with engineering or product managementWorking with Clients to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement next generation software solutionsUnderstand the importance of customer relations and supporting software usersWork with various team members to satisfy business requirements and provide solutions to software requestsCreate documentation that clearly demonstrates proper methodology and/orenhancement to be delivered solves the business problem reportedParticipating in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software development and implementationWorking closely with our software engineering teams to integrate release software into Client environmentsProviding guidance and mentoring for less experienced consultantsParticipating in company building exercises,
