Our diverse, connected community collaborates to create results for clients and opportunities for our people to learn, grow and make an impact.At AMS, we look for people who bring more than experience, and we welcome different perspectives and ways of thinking.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you'll do:Apply market research and sourcing expertise to identify and engage top talent across Colombia and Costa Rica markets.Use your talent mapping and pipelining skills to build strong candidate networks for current and future hiring needs.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to support niche and hard-to-fill hiring requirements.Contribute to successful hiring outcomes by delivering qualified talent across corporate, finance and healthcare-related roles.Drive improvements in talent attraction and pipeline strength through proactive sourcing strategies and market intelligence.Skills & RequirementsMust HaveDemonstrated experience in talent sourcing, candidate pipelining, and talent mapping.Strong knowledge of talent markets, particularly Colombia and Costa Rica.Experience recruiting for corporate and niche positions.Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.Nice to HaveExperience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards,
