LawnStarter is hiring its first Principal Quality Engineer, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering. You’ll own quality standards and tooling, not just approve tickets, and you’ll push the state of the art across the QA squad.
You’ll collaborate with QA engineers across teams to improve CI/CD gates, AI-native testing, and production quality signals, building dashboards that teams actually use. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and long-term quality vision.
