As aMaintenance Analyst you will have the opportunity to be part of our University Program, a 4 to 6-month program that seeks to teach young Colombian talent how to successfully implement a last mile delivery solution and give them the opportunity to have their first work experience in a tech startup.
Location: On site:Colombia, United States.
The program is a theoretical-practical (20/80) experiencein which you will understand the primary traits needed to thrive in a fast-paced startup - like Robot.com.
As an Maintenance Analyst you have several responsibilities including but no limited to:
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Ensure the robot fleet is in top shape at all times.
- Document all robot interventions.
- Implement remote robot interventions as required.
- Keep the Inventory updated (tools, spare parts, or any other assets).
- Keep in constant communication with your direct supervisor about the status of the fleet.
- Follow the assets (tools, parts, etc) requirements protocol.
- Implement and support the software updates and changes of the robot fleet.
- Elaborate maintenance reports as required.
- Ensure the robot fleet has the internet connection (Sim Card data) required to operate.
- Track which robot has which Sim Card.
- Support hardware and software testing on field.
- Support the development of maintenance projects as required.
