About the Role
The Solution Engineer is responsible for delivering professional solutions to business stakeholders by translating business process requirements into a technical solution through design, implementation, testing, and training. In this role, you'll partner closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable, well-documented solutions that drive real impact.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices to meet stakeholder needs.

• Perform business analysis to gather information about business processes and customer needs from key stakeholders.

• Test business solutions to ensure performance is as designed and resolve any identified issues.

• Develop and support migration plans for business solutions across environments, guiding stakeholders throughout the process.





• Document solutions and compose training materials; conduct training sessions for end users and transition key information to the support team.

• Identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve product and solution functionality.

Role Essentials

• Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions.

• Proficiency with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.

• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
