In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our creative project workflows, ensuring every task is set up for success. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from setting up tasks in our project management system (Workfront) to scheduling resources and tracking progress. You’ll work closely with Art Account Managers and resource managers to allocate tasks, adjust schedules, and ensure deadlines are met. By keeping everyone informed and addressing potential delays early, you’ll help the team deliver exceptional work that meets business needs.
