The Senior Manager, Third Party Management is responsible for leading global operational execution of Johnson & Johnson's Third Party Management (TPM) program. This role oversees teams responsible for the efficient, consistent, and compliant execution of third-party lifecycle activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, issue management, and offboarding.

The Senior Manager drives operational excellence through effective workforce management, service delivery, process standardization, performance management, quality oversight, and continuous improvement. The role works closely with Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, and other risk stakeholders to ensure third-party activities are executed in accordance with program requirements, regulatory expectations, and company policies.
