The Role:

You'll own your accounts from kickoff through handoff and keep them healthy afterwards. You'll handle the full client journey in HubSpot: strategy, scoping, hands-on build and optimisation,



and ongoing client communication.

You'll report to the CEO and work alongside designers, developers, and project managers.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose client pain points and turn them into a HubSpot strategy, clear scope of work, and realistic estimates
• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations and customised client onboardings across Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Data Hub
• Build and optimise workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, pipelines, custom properties and objects, and automated nurture campaigns
• Plan and run data migrations into HubSpot from other CRMs (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and others), including cleanup and mapping
• Set up integrations using native connectors, APIs, and tools like Zapier or n8n
• Configure and govern HubSpot's AI features (Breeze Copilot and agents), including usage and credit management, and help clients adopt them responsibly
