Role Description This full-time hybrid Full Stack Engineer role is based in Bogotá, D.C., with flexibility for partial work from home. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital services. The role involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development practices. The engineer will also help optimize deployment workflows, support releases, and ensure security and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).




• Proficiency in back-end web development, working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
• Solid experience in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
• Demonstrated software development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices, and cloud platforms is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Bogotá, D.C. and remotely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to writing maintainable, secure code.
