Roofcorp of America is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects throughout California and Washington. You will work closely with executives, clients, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
This is an office-based role, 100% on-site in our Bogotá, Colombia office (no remote or hybrid option). You will coordinate U.S. field teams remotely. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (California).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead commercial construction and roofing projects from contract award through final completion.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Manage project schedules,



procurement, budgets, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve delays or operational challenges.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, warranties, and project documentation.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor profitability, job costs, and project performance metrics.
• Prepare client updates, executive reports, and project closeout documentation.
• Use AI tools and technology to streamline reporting, communication, planning, and project administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English (conversational).
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
