We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-driven Strategic Finance & Fundraising Assistant to support the financial strategy, modeling, and fundraising operations of the company. The idóneo candidate has experience in finance, investor relations, or startup fundraising environments, and is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in building, updating, and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and strategic projections.
• Support the creation and refinement of investor materials, including pitch decks, memos, and relevant documentation.
• Maintain, update, and organize the investor data room and financial documentation.
• Facilitate clear and structured communication with investors, internal leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to support fundraising conversations.
• Coordinate revisions and updates based on investor feedback and internal strategic needs.




• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, venture capital, FP&A;, or fundraising-related roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with forecasting preferred.
• Familiarity with contracts, due diligence processes, and investor reporting.
• Comfortable working in high-growth startup environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong self-management, accountability, and project management skills.
• Ability to proactively anticipate needs and operate with a long-term strategic mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational abilities.
• Background in tech, startup ecosystems, or dynamic growth-driven industries is a plus.
