Luminex Cleaning is a premium residential cleaning company serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience built around trust, consistency, attention to detail, and peace of mind.
We are growing and looking for a Bilingual Sales Closer / Appointment Setter (English & Spanish) to help us convert more incoming leads and develop new relationships with property managers and qualified business partners.
What You’ll Do
• Respond quickly to warm leads generated through Google Ads and other marketing channels
• Call leads who requested information but did not respond by text
• Follow up consistently with old and new leads until a clear decision is reached
• Qualify prospects based on the type of cleaning, property size, needs, timeline, and condition
• Handle pricing objections professionally without discounting or competing on price
• Sell the value of a premium cleaning service rather than simply quoting a price
• Close residential cleaning jobs and confirm appointments
• Cold call property managers and other qualified prospects in the Bay Area




• Reach decision-makers responsible for cleaning vendors
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation on-site estimates when appropriate
• Follow up with property managers after estimates, vendor applications, or initial conversations
• Maintain clear notes and status updates for every lead
• Record sales calls when required for training and quality review, in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent or near-fluent English and Spanish
• Strong spoken English suitable for communicating confidently with U.S. customers
• Previous experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, lead follow-up, or cold calling
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners, renters, property managers, and business decision-makers
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Able to follow up without sounding aggressive or desperate
• Confident asking for the sale and moving prospects
