? About the Opportunity
Join us as a Junior Inventory & Purchasing Analyst. You will turn data into restock suggestions and track orders, while our purchasing leads make the final calls. A great fit for data lovers who want to learn purchasing from the inside. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
? Salary
Monthly Rate: $1,000–$1,500 USD/month (based on experience and qualifications).
Commission: Unlimited (performance-based).
Paid Time Off: 10 days per year.
Please note: The monthly rate does not include statutory benefits. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for your own statutory contributions (e.g., health, pension, severance) in accordance with your local regulations.
? What You’ll Do
• Monitor Amazon sales trends and FBA inventory reports and prepare weekly restock suggestions for review.
• Prepare draft purchase orders for the Coordinator to review and approve.
• Help track shipments to the 3PL and Amazon fulfillment centers and keep the tracker up to date.
• Help follow up with suppliers on lead times and delivery dates.
• Flag items at risk of stockout or overstock, with the data to back it up.
• Pull sales velocity, seasonality and promotion data to support restock planning.
• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies and supply chain issues.
• Update the weekly inventory KPI report (sell-through, restock rate, excess inventory, days of supply).

What You Need
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, data analysis or supply chain (Amazon or e-commerce) is a plus, including internships or school projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and good written and verbal English.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and flag issues quickly with clear data.
