About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist to own the measurement infrastructure behind our marketing operation.
You will be responsible for GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTMs, CRM integrations, attribution, and the reporting systems our marketing team relies on to make decisions.
This is not primarily a media buying role. Our media buyers own campaign execution and optimization. Your job is to make sure we can accurately measure what happens from the first click through lead generation and, where possible, final conversion.
You will be the person the team turns to when the numbers do not match, a conversion stops firing, attribution looks wrong,



or we need to understand where our customers are actually coming from.
This is a new function at Kavren Technologies, so you will have significant ownership over how our marketing measurement infrastructure is built.

Key Responsibilities• GA4 and Google Tag Manager: Own implementation and maintenance across our portfolio, including events, conversions, triggers, variables, and data-layer requirements.
• Conversion tracking: Build, audit, troubleshoot, and maintain conversion tracking across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
• UTM governance: Establish and enforce a consistent UTM taxonomy across brands, channels, campaigns, and creative so acquisition data remains clean and usable.
• CRM integration: Maintain the connection between advertising platforms, websites, and our CRM systems, including GoHighLevel and Nexuite, so leads can be tracked through the funnel.
