THE ROLE
Own the full patient coordination experience for a urology center, from first contact through post-procedure follow-up.
This role is built for a bilingual, detail-oriented, patient-focused professional who can manage insurance processes, scheduling, and patient communication while delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. You'll be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both clinical administrative tasks and direct patient engagement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
? Patient Communication & Coordination
• Communicate with patients to gather information for data entry and consultation prep
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently
• Make post-procedure check-in and follow-up calls
• Follow up after initial consultations to ensure a great patient experience and gather feedback
? Insurance & Billing
• Perform in-house billing, insurance capturing, verification, and eligibility checks
• Handle coverage breakdowns, copay and deductible calculations, authorization and ref
