Role Description The Coordinador de Citas y SIAU at UGASEND SA is responsible for overseeing appointment scheduling processes and managing the user information and assistance system (SIAU) to ensure an efficient patient experience. This full-time, on-site role in Barranquilla coordinates daily appointment assignments,



optimizes agendas for medical and diagnostic services, and monitors compliance with internal protocols and service standards. The role includes supervising reception and call center workflows, resolving appointment-related issues, and ensuring accurate and timely registration of patient data. The coordinator also manages patient inquiries and feedback, prepares basic reports on service indicators, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to continuously improve access and user satisfaction.
