Ticket Sales Manager
Location: Bogotá – On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Ticket Sales Manager with a strong background in direct sales, outbound prospecting, and cold calling. This person will lead a sales team, own sales targets and quotas, and play a hands-on role in driving ticket sales and revenue growth.
The adecuado candidate is a proven sales leader who has built and managed outbound sales teams, consistently achieved sales targets, and is comfortable making calls and actively participating in the sales process. Experience in sports, ticket sales, events, entertainment, or a similar industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Make outbound sales calls and cold calls directly to prospects as part of a hands-on sales leadership approach.
• Drive daily outbound sales activity and ensure consistent prospecting efforts.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach team members on cold calling, objection handling,



sales techniques, and closing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review sales pipelines and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Support the team with challenging calls and high-value sales opportunities when needed.
• Help develop and improve sales scripts, processes, and outreach strategies.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.

Requirements:
• Strong hands-on cold calling and outbound sales experience, with the ability and willingness to make calls personally on a regular basis.
• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or high-volume cold calling environments.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or coaching a sales team.
• Strong hands-on experience with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targ
