Somia is looking for a Social Media Manager to help run the day-to-day life of our social channels. We publish at a high volume across multiple accounts, so this role is for someone who likes a fast pace, variety and having a lot happening at once.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely gets social media. You have a good eye, you like being in the conversation, you notice what is working, and you don't need to be told every tiny thing that needs attention.

You'll work across the co-founders’ personal brands and Somia's social accounts alongside our content and marketing team.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a high volume of posts, comments, DMs, stories and campaign activity across multiple accounts
• Having warm, natural conversations with people in our audience, including people interested in our programs
• Publishing and scheduling posts, stories, Reels and campaign content
• Designing and creating polished carousels, graphics, Reels, and stories in Canva, CapCut or similar tools




• Helping us keep up with a high volume of social content without sacrificing quality
• Spotting interesting comments, questions, audience trends and member stories that could become future content
• Keeping an eye on performance and noticing what’s working and what isn’t
• Working closely with our Social Media Strategist and the Somia team
